Arya Marriage
Arya Samaj Marriage is conducted according to arya marriage validation act XIX of 1937 and is solemnised according to vedic rites. In these marriages, the Pooja is not performed to any specific deity because Arya Samaj Marriage does not believe in idol worship.
Court Marriage
Court Marriages in India are different than the traditional marriages as they take place in court in the presence of a marriage officer without following the traditions in a customary marriage. Court Marriage is the solemnization of marriage between a male and a female who are eligible to marry without any bar to their caste, religion, or creed in front of a court, a marriage officer and in the presence of three witnesses. Marriage Registration
The Uttar Pradesh Marriage Registration Rules 2017 provides for the compulsory registration of all marriages solemnised in the State. Marriages can be registered under the Uttar Pradesh Hindu Marriage Registration Rules, 1973. On registering a marriage, the marriage registration certificate will be issued. The Special Marriage Act, 1954 is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted to provide a special form of marriage for the people of India and all Indian nationals in foreign countries, irrespective of the religion or faith followed by either party. Any person, irrespective of religion. Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, Christians, Parsis, or Jews can also perform marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Hindu Marriage
For registration under Hindu Marriage Act-1955
A Marriage (Arya Samaj Marriage or an arranged Marriage) is directly registered by the Registrar of Marriage under section 8 of Hindu Marriage Act-1955 on the same working day. Verification of all the documents is carried out on the date of application and thereafter Marriage is registered on the same working day by the registrar of marriage appointed by the Govt. of India and marriage certificate is issued.
